How to Report Sexual Abuse or Harassment of an Inmate (Georgia DOC)

This Georgia Department of Corrections page gives three routes for reporting sexual abuse or harassment of someone in GDC custody. PREA confidential reporting uses the toll-free number 1-888-992-7849; the page states all toll-free calls are recorded and messages are checked Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. by PREA Unit staff. Reports can also go to the GDC Ombudsman and Inmate Affairs Office at (478) 992-5358, or to the Pardons and Parole Victims Services Office at (404) 651-6668 or toll-free (800) 593-9474. For the latter two, the page says you do not have to give your name but should supply names and locations of those involved, the offender's GDC number, a description of the incident and where it happened, and the dates, times and places.
