Published internet and mobile app fees start at $0.95 for transactions of $1.00-$20.00 and rise to $4.95 with Keefe and GTL or $5.85 with JPay for amounts over $40.01. Telephone transactions follow the same tiers except Keefe charges $5.50 above $40.01. Storefront deposits are a flat $2.50 through Keefe and GTL CheckFreePay, $4.50 through GTL Western Union, and tiered from $0.95 to $5.85 through JPay.
