The Korey Wise Innocence Project at the University of Colorado Law School provides free investigative and legal services to people imprisoned in Colorado for crimes they did not commit. Applicants must claim innocence; the project screens applications and selects the most promising for investigation and litigation. It is named for Korey Wise, wrongly convicted in the Central Park jogger case, who served 11.5 years before exoneration.
