Send Money and Set Up Phone or Video Accounts (Delaware DOC)

Delaware DOC lists three ways to add money to an incarcerated person's account: kiosks in the gatehouse or main entrance of each facility, online through ViaPath/GTL, or by mailing a money order directly to ViaPath with the state's deposit slip. Money orders must not be sent to the facility, and the three largest facilities do not accept money orders in person during visitation. Personal checks are not accepted and cash must never be sent through the mail.
