Colorado Department of Corrections page stating that, effective May 10, 2026, CorrectPay is the exclusive electronic deposit provider and that JPay, Western Union and GTL/ConnectNetwork are no longer supported. Deposits can be made online at correctpay.com by selecting Colorado, the facility and Commissary Deposit, through the CorrectPay mobile app, or by phone on 1-855-836-3364; the page lists a numeric ID code for every CDOC facility. Money sent before 4:00 p.m. MT is generally available the next day, and CDOC advises allowing two to three days before a canteen order. The department is statutorily required to withhold a minimum of 20 percent of any deposit toward court-ordered fines, fees, restitution or child support, and Administrative Regulation 200-02 bars transfers between inmates and their relatives or visitors.
