Transaction fees apply to every method except the lockbox. A reference table on the page shows Access Corrections is the only provider whose funds can be spent on commissary, phone calls, video visits and tablet activities, while IC Solutions prepaid accounts only cover calls to the sender's own number. Community-based clients can also pay at kiosks in Probation and Parole district offices.
