ADC Visitation and Visitation Updates (Arkansas DOC)

The Arkansas Division of Correction's main visitation page covers applications, schedules, entry procedures, dress code, phones and video visits. Routine visits are on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with Class I inmates allowed one visit a week and Class II to IV inmates two visits a month; four visitors are permitted per visit including children. Visitation applications must be returned to the unit visitation clerk, never to the inmate, and screening takes seven days or longer with a criminal history check on every applicant. Special visits may be approved for people living more than 300 miles away with 24 hours' notice. From 27 May 2026 Securus Video Connect replaces flat-fee video visits with a $0.25 per minute, on-demand model requiring re-registration. The phone section notes inmates use coinless phones and may only place collect calls to pre-approved numbers.
