This Wisconsin DOC page is the authoritative source for where to send mail and money to someone in a Wisconsin state prison. Personal mail must go through TextBehind rather than the institution, addressed with the person's full name, DOC number and correctional facility name at P.O. Box 189, Phoenix, MD 21131; personal mail received at an institution is returned to the sender, and envelopes with missing information are treated as undeliverable.
