Since 15 April 2024 Delaware scans incoming mail centrally, and this page gives the current addresses and content rules. Non-legal mail goes to the person's name and SBI number, the facility name with its routing code, PO Box 96777, Las Vegas, NV 89193, while legal and pre-approved mail still goes directly to the prison. Envelopes must be white except for legal mail and must carry a return address, the inmate's name and their SBI number or date of birth. Letters must be on paper no larger than 8.5 by 11 inches in envelopes no larger than 4 by 9.5 inches; greeting cards must be commercially produced standard card stock no larger than 5 by 7 inches, with no embellishments, batteries or multi-folds; photographs must be between 4 by 6 and 8.5 by 11 inches with a ten-photo limit. Packages, cash, stamps, tobacco and pornography are prohibited. The page also notes the public cannot phone an inmate and links to prepaid phone account setup.
